As for Rubio, the list is based on this season so far for one which is why I didn’t include Chris Paul. But I think the small sample size is why I would include Rubio so high. He’s been in the NBA for about 15 games and is already top 5 in all passing stats. Imagine what he’ll become as he improves. He might be able to average 15 assists in a year.

He has been one of the best interior passers playing with his back to the basket since the middle of this decade. It usually starts with the opponents need to double team.

Wondering though if Rubio is a tad too high here, especially given his short tenure in the NBA. Time will tell.
